Ohio Chapter F
Once you join GWRRA, you can participate with as many chapters as you choose. You decide your own level of involvement and time. Wherever you go, wherever you travel, you’re welcomed. GWRRA membership opens doors to friendship everywhere you ride! Monthly chapter gatherings (often light-hearted exchanges of information over a meal) are pleasant, social occasions. There are no expectations, riding requirements, elections, politics, required uniforms or chapter dues.
We chartered our Chapter in September of 1982. We promote the motto with the Friends we make, the Fun we have, the Safety we practice and the Knowledge we acquire through GWRRA.
We were the first Chapter to have a Polar Bear Ride and to have the first all motorcycle Cruise-In.
We built a Motorcycle Float for Fairborn’s 4th of July Parade.
We helped with landscaping at the Mercer Smith Museum with recognition in the Smithsonian
National Museum of Natural History book in Washington DC.
We designed a 4-foot model airplane for the Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Marathon
which is displayed on the light posts of downtown Fairborn.
We have received Motorcycle Proclamations from the various Fairborn Mayors and from State
Other various activities include - highway clean up, toy rides, nursing home picnics, mall
shows, and hosting the Buckeye Rally twice.
Our “pet” project and the one closest to our hearts is working with the Fairborn Christmas Project every
year for 30 plus years to help and donate to needy Seniors and families with food for Christmas dinners.
We welcome every brand of motorcycle to join in on the FUN!!
